Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final website design and code produced for your project. Alkali Solutions reserves the right to specific tools, libraries, or frameworks used that are not unique to your project.
You agree to provide necessary assets (images, text, credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may result in project timeline adjustments.
Alkali Solutions is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
